Registration will open by April 15th, 2021

Important: Accepted authors have to register as participants until Monday, June 10th, 2021 if they want to present their paper at the conference. We will withdraw papers by non-registered authors from ConfTool after this date.

However, if you are a co-author of a registered paper, your name will remain in the programme and book of abstracts. Let us remind that as an unregistered author/co-author you will not have access to the conference services and sessions, only available to registered participants.

A - Conference fees for ESA members

Are you already an ESA member in good standing? Then you benefit from reduced conference fees!

Please check whether your ESA membership is valid in 2021 by logging in to the ESA website here. Go to 'My Dashboard' in order to learn about your status. If you do not have an ESA membership or if it is expired, choose category B.

Early bird registration:

Online only: April 15th – May 22nd

Late registration:

Online only: May 23rd – August 15th

All amounts in Euro. Each amount indicates the conference fee for ESA members by category.

B - Conference fees + ESA membership 2021-2022

Wish to become an ESA member or renew your expired membership? You will benefit from reduced conference fees!

All amounts in Euro. The first amount indicates the conference fee for ESA members by category; the second amount indicates the ESA membership fee for 2 calendar years (2021-2022).

C - Conference fees for non-ESA members

We invite you to check category B, because the conference fee + ESA membership fee amount to either the same or even 20 Euro less than the conference fee for non-ESA members!
