National Associations
The Council of National Associations includes associations and societies representing all sociologists of any specific European territory. ESA has 23 member associations (19/08/2020) and organises yearly meetings for their representatives. The chair of the NA Council (2019-2021: Maria Carmela Agodi) is member of ESA Executive Committee. ESA itself holds membership of the International Sociological Association (ISA) and an MOU with the Indian Sociological Society (ISS). ESA is also a member of the European Alliance for Social Sciences and Humanities (EASSH).
