Tuula Gordon, in memoriam
Former ESA Executive Committee member Tuula Gordon left us on August 21st.
It is sad to share news about our colleague Tuula Gordon, who passed away August 21st after long suffering of a serious disease. She was a member of the ESA Executive Committee and the Vice president for Research Networks between 2005 and 2007, and a coordinator of the RN10 Sociology of Education. Tuula was a passionate scholar and sociologist whose work focused on gender and education. She is greatly missed by family, friends, colleagues and numerous former students.
